Have you ever thought that maybe God is telling you to depend first and foremost on HIM rather than on your friends??? I mean, friends are great, don't get me wrong. But when something in life seems to crash, is your first thought about calling them to talk about it, or is your first thought to take it to God in prayer and know that He is in control?

I learned that lesson the hard way too.
